QICCA Providing the Instituational Arbitration Services to admintratite and mange the arbitration proceedings which fall within the jurisdiction of the Center in line with its Arbitration Rules.
Conciliation / Mediation Services
The Center supervise and manage the proceedings of the conciliation / mediation reaquests and cases which fall within the jurisdiction of the Center as well as provide the parties with its full support to appoint the mediator or conciliator.
Ad-hoc Arbitration
QICCA is providing several kind of support for Ad ho-arbitration cases such as providing the servicses of its hearing center or any other kind of support to help the arbitrators to manage the arbitral proceedings in line with the provisions of the arbitration law and best pracice.
